The Interconnected Leader Deep Dive (Virtual Course)
It’s time for a more Interconnected Leader. Through experiential leadership enquiry led by leadership advisor Tamsin Jones and therapist and leadership trainer Michael Bartura, this Deep Dive has been designed to equip changemakers with a toolkit of mindfulness and somatic leadership practices that will enable you to explore leading in a more natural and integrative way. Trusting the collective intelligence that is available to us to cultivate aliveness, openness, coherence and courage in ourselves, our organisations and society. We do not want our planet or our leaders to burn out.

Creation of a year long series of conversations and practices with The Argonauts community of c-suite executives to explore the language of awareness in the body (us as one – body and mind) for conscious leadership. Drawn from the philosophy of conversation, physical senses, modern developmental psychology and neurobiology, reflections, evidence and practices cultivate trust and a sense of “home” in our bodies as we explore how our body intelligently guides us like a GPS for self-growth, decision making and outer impact.
